Document 04. Your payment has been cancelled?

If you ever get the following message: Payment cancelled it may be for various reasons:

A. It may be because this purchase was rejected by our anti-fraud module. In order to fight mounting internet fraud, most e-retailers have set up automated anti-fraud systems in collaboration with banks. These verify the entire purchase process before delivering the service. This module may block some payments or delay the delivery of service in order to further scrutinize the purchase. In this case, the product will not be delivered and your purchase will be cancelled (you will not be billed for the product, or if you are, a refund will be promptly issued). Even with all the care we give to fighting fraud, and if you take into account the fact that some verifications are done automatically, some valid purchases might be mistaken for frauds. We apologise for this in advance and would like to invite you to contact Customer Support (by clicking on the ‘Ask a question’ tab) and provide us with the following information which will enable us to whitelist you and make sure your future purchases aren’t hindered by any further checks.

=> Name and Surname
=> Postal address
=> Email address
=> Country of residence/purchase

B. It could be because of a temporary problem with our system. Your purchase will then automatically be cancelled as the transaction won’t have finished.
